Product Overview:

This experimental equipment uses a high-temperature combustion hydrolysis method to obtain fluoride and chloride ion sample solutions. The fluoride electrode is used as the indicator electrode, and the saturated calomel electrode is used as the reference electrode. The fluoride ion concentration in the sample solution is measured using the standard addition method, and the fluoride and chloride content in coal is calculated, which meets the requirements of the national standard "Determination Method for Fluorine and Chlorine in Coal".

Testing principle:

Coal samples are mixed with a small amount of quartz sand and burned and hydrolyzed in a gas stream mixed with oxygen and water vapor at a high temperature of 1100 ℃. Various forms of fluorides in coal are converted into volatile fluorides and quantitatively dissolved in water. The fluoride electrode is used as the indicator electrode, and the saturated calomel electrode is used as the reference electrode. The fluoride chloride ion concentration in the sample solution is measured using the standard addition method to calculate the fluoride chloride content in coal.

7. The evaporation adjustment potentiometer adopts Taiwan TOCOS potentiometer, which has high linearity and long service life.

8. Configuring a high-precision digital ionizer ensures the accuracy of the experiment.

9. The automatic calculation software for the delivery upper computer inputs experimental data and automatically generates measurement results, eliminating the need for complex calculation processes for users. It saves data, makes queries convenient and concise, and provides clear and centralized information at a glance.

10. The test sample includes a refrigeration cycle system, and the next sample can be tested without cooling.
